i never had a good dream whille im asleep...why?

dreaming that i am so tiny...
running as fast as i can but it feels like im not moving at all..
dreaming i was a puppet..
dreaming heading towards the space..
i wonder why i always have stupid dreams while im asleep...
what about you?? would you like to share with me your dreams..
what is it like?? is there any tip so i can get a good dreams...

I think you should find ways to be more relaxed and in tune with yourself, like meditation, listening to your favourite music and so on. Maybe it's the fear of uncertainty that makes you have these dreams. I think you should take your time to find out what you truly want in life.

Your dreams sound horrifying! Do you ever worry about sleeping because of the crazy creepy dreams you'll have?
I always have pleasant dreams and I think it's because of my friends and because I fall asleep watching my favorite movie. I suggest that you watch this movie as much as you can and it will not only change your life forever but also help you to sleep peacefully and with wonderful dreams.

May be you get a good dream but you can't remember it. May be you are thinking about you bad dreams everytime you think about it.
Well, as far as my dreams are concerned, I must tell you my dreams are mixture of things. I do get horrible dreams. Bad ones like, I am in a mid of a river and I am good swimmer but I can't swim and sinking. Good ones like, I am in my living room and I am there with a chik without cloth and we get to have some fun.
So, I get a mixture!

Most often, dreams are our subconscious mind telling us something. You might be stressed about something, scared about something and your mind produces it's own imagine of how you feel.
Dreaming about being tiny, not moving, being a puppet might be the result of you stressing you are not important, questioning yourself or your actions, going through a situation you are not able to stand up, feeling manipulated by other people.
Try doing relaxing exercises before going to bed and remind yourself your are a unique, wonderful human being.
