Traffic Traffic Traffic!

Its traffic all the way. Where ever i go there is huge amount of traffic. No rules followed. No signals followed. Everyone going his/her own way. Someone coming from this side of the road someone from the other side and the bump. We say we are developing infrastructure to support the traffic but the traffic is growing at the speed more that the growth of the infrastructure. Jams on all the major roads. Huge amount of pollution. How can we even think of green of earth without fighting the menance of traffic. I think the solution is in one great public transport system and nothing else. No private vehicles. What do you think!

I face a lots of problems due to this heavy traffic. there are so many flyover , metro plan . after it traffic jams is still not control. I want to clean this traffic is due to more private vehicle used by people on roads.
so people & government try to solve this situation on time.

I agree, with each day traffic gets worse and worse. Roads aren't made for such amount of cars. Specially in my country which is pretty old one and where roads are made for horses to ride. Earlier when I lived away from Riga's center I had to cross two bridges on a way to work, it took one hour driving even it was only 10 km to drive. Now I live in center and can be lucky to avoid traffic jams.

..that is the problem nowadays and it seems that our government is not so vigilant in solving this problem.. we can't do something about this.. However, you could start solving it by yourself by being a good example to those people around you..
