On Sundays me and my grown up children enjoy singing together. Will just play the videoke and you'll hear my eldest at top of her voice singing her fave song. Upon hearing my second and third child will join. I just find myself also singing the song their singing. It's fun joining them though my voice isn't that good as theirs. Music really change our lives, It avoid the chance for us to argue or to have misunderstanding. The family members become closer instead. How about you friends do you do the same thing on Sundays?

i am a singer since i was 17. singing in a band or sometimes solo. so i brought up my kids through singing. they heard a lot of my practise and because they hear it most of the times they know the songs already. some of their classmates are sons and daugthers of bands too so sometimes their teacher will hear them singing REUNITED then they will be laughing for they cant believe that students as young as them knows this song. lol. about singing at home yes we do. i still know the up to date songs for i learn it from them. we sing and dance together

I can imagine how happy family you are...wonderful to see and hear you all singing. There's no dull moments for a family that sing and dance together. So, the school can have a free concert from your sons and daughters (lol) Thanks for the response.

I dont think my family ever singed. Who would sing if there was a radio around lol... All we do is watch tv, go out and enjoy out and enjoy ourselves. Me and friends have Ipods I mean all of us. And we listen to it alot when we are bored. We never sing because its just not our thing to do. Some of my friends go out for karaoke and thats about the closest we get to singing together. I am kinda tired of karaoke cause its just too hard for me lol. Everyone is different when it comes to singing.

Hi bing28, What a really nice way to spend a Sunday lunch time with your children. i'm not a very good singer but I do always make up silly rhymns about my children and sing it to them, they of course hate me for it, which just encoursges me to do it all the more.

The only family member I have ever sung with was my mom. Me and her would take long road trips and find a band we both enjoyed and just sing like crazy. It was a good way to pass the time in the car. Recently we have both picken up cycling, and sometimes when we are out together on a leisurely bike trip we will sing old russian childrens songs. We have gotten some strange looks from people we pass on our bikes, but it fun to do anyways. Especially because we are singing in russian, in the US, it confuses people. Lol. Good times.
