Where is everyone getting there referrals?

I have been here for just over 3weeks and I have NO referrals , where are you all getting them?

Well i got 5 and all of them are inactive as of now Just publicise your referral on websites and communities

I tried getting referrals from friends but most of them think that it is a joke and will not join. I am interested as well to see the other responses and what works and does not work. thanks for posting this!

That is why I didnt ask my friends because I know what they will say. Same goes for my family. Iam really hoping to get some really good ideas.
