If she was guilty, I would. People who break the law should be treated the same regardless of who they are.

No, I dont think I can arrest her. If I really think I need to her to get arrested, I would have other officer to do it.

I think I would! At least I'd know she's with me and I can treat her right. Also, I'd be sure she's innocent and I'd have no problems picking her up. If it's not me, it will be someone else anyway, so just go for it.

if she is just a suspect i would not put the cuffs on but i would go for her and bring her to the station

and besides my mother wouldn't do anything against the law now but i don't know her younger days were pretty feisty

i would not arrest my mother what good is it to be in a job of authority if y can't help the ones u love
