Advertising: Does Shortbux Make Sense to You?

Shortbux pays users to look at your ads for at least 30 seconds. They charge $15 for $1,000 views and pay out the viewers $5 for those views. They claim these are targeted, effective ads, but how can that be so when the people online will be looking at them only for the payout? They can be viewed from outside sites to, which I guess is a bonus, but I'm wondering if it is such a good idea to get this kind of traffic on your website. Your thoughts?
