Closing down of Guantanamo Bay Prison

Recently there was news that the prison known for worst human rights record will be closed down in Guantanamo Bay. This step was taken by Barack Obama. What do you guys think about this move? Is it a justifiable move or not so justifiable move? By closing down do you think terrorists will not fear of going there and the attacks might increase. Or do you think this won't have an effect on global terrorism. Do you think checking human rights records and seeing everything is followed over there is a better option then completely closing it down??
