My daughter came up to me last night and asked if she could sleep with her bra on. I told her no, that was not necessary. She told me other girls at school did it. I told that didn't matter. Anyway I was just wondering how many of you out there sleep with your bra on?? I don't like to, it is not very comfortable for me.

While I was growing up I got mixed reviews as to whether or not I should wear a bra while I sleep. I didn't know what was right or what to believe. But now I have decided not to wear a bra at night as it can be very constrictive and painful. And for those that wear a wire bra to bed it must be even worse. Ouch! How can that be a healthy way to sleep?

I don't. I find it very uncomfortable...esspecially the underwire ones. But sometimes I will wear the tank tops that have the built in bra...I find that super comfie but I would also wear them alllll the time. My step daighter does wear her bra to bed. I told her she should because 1 it can ruin the bra...the underwire ones and 2 it is not comfortable and she has a hard time leeping as it is so any ,minor discomfort is not good. I think I use to when I was younger as well. I think we need to learn on our own...
