I've never shopped for non-digital products online yet as i feel insecure about buying them, moreover, i've noticed that most items are available at cheaper costs in my own country.

Yes, I have shopped online many times. I shopped for cellular phone accessories, native chocolates, footwear, bags and also jewelries. There are online products that are cheaper than the products in offline stores. I can also save time going to the shopping mall plus I can save for my transportation fee. Sometimes, the things that I buy in online are wrapped very well so I don't need to wrap it if I give it as a gift. I think, it is worth it to shop online, we just have to be cautious about what we shop online.

You're welcome. ^^ I think we just have to buy from online sites that have positive feedback to avoid being scammed. Happy mylotting too.

well i just bought 2 items late last year. One of the sellers is really nice, while the other seller, ah well i never got the item, i don't know if it was because of the Holiday rush or because they never really sent it? it's so weird. it was just a book and yet it never got to me... it's so sad....

Yes also have compared the cost of products available online to the products in the regular market i feel that online products are priced high that those available in the market we don't even get proper warranty for the goods we buy online, moreover it is not safe to give our credit card number in every site because we may be robbed.

I feel that insecurity as well. Thats why i use paypal. If we're scammed, we can request a refund as well as protect our CC number from being exposed to some hacker. Thansk for your time. Happy mylotting.

yes i have. i think you should try it since its one way of saving from the fare going to the mall. online shopping would also help you create so much trust from sellers too. you dont get to see your sellers but you will just notice that you have created friendship there. i do my shopping online when i dont have time to go the mall and when i find interesting products online.

I never noticed that. Knowing a sellerb personally would be difficult as they may not be very interactive with their customers. I suprised to know this can happen. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

I hope your future experiences will be good. You can check if a site is a scam or not by googling "sitename scam". I often do it to see if others had any bad experience with it. Thanks for your time and reply. Happy mylotting.

Yes, I have shopped online at occasions. The very first time, I bought Music Cassettes and CDs as I got some shopping coupons for the same. Recently, I found a good website to order photographic prints and personalized goods. I tried it once and am so happy with it that I am planning to purchase a whole log of goods to gift me family members and friends!

Last year, I did most of my Christmas shopping online because I found sites offering free shipping with certain dollar amounts spent - so that saved me a ton of gas money. I have been shopping online since 1997, so I have no worries about this at all. I look for reputable sites, and they often have great deals.

Thanks for your reply. I had often though most of the online sites were scams. Other than ebay and amazon.com, but amazon had high prices for ordinary items, and ebay needs a lot of verificatiuon these days. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thanks for your reply. I used to feel the same way as you. Once i saw a timebomb being auctioned in ebay (O_O) and i wondered about the validity of the items being sold over there. Uncertainity and the thought of losing my money or being scammed had kept me away from online shopping. Happy mylotting shav.

Hi cambiste! I do some online shopping but I agree you have to look for the good deals so your not paying the same if not more. Some people so it because it is easier for them if they have a disability and can't get out. I use paypal to shop with mostly. They have a lot of shopping sites to choose from.

I have shopped many, many times online. At least 75% of Christmas shopping is all done online. I have bought computers, cameras, dvd, toys, clothes, make-up, flowers, office supplies, pet items, lots more. I shopped through a site called Upromise and they give you a discount to do into college savings. I find most items on sale and most of the time I do not pay any shipping cost. Last year for Christmas I bought my boys a basketball hoop, found it cheaper than the same store, did not pay any sales tax, got my discount from Upromise, and free shipping. Cost me less than the store and I did not have to drive to go get it.

I shop online a couple of times to buy some electronic products. I feel secure because the site that sell the products has a good reputation. Other than that, I plan to shop several books online. Amazon.com perhaps the most reliable site that I can look into.

Thanks for your reply. I've always though Amazon had some of the priciest items on sale, which can be found cheaper in ebay. But rep wise, its indeed well know and good. Happy mylotting.

online I pretty much just stick to ebay or random shirts.com sometimes. I find it's hard to buy clothes online because when you get them they never seem to fit correctly. I buy and sell on ebay though so that is where I spend most of my time.

Yes I shop online. I like to find the cheapest deal on the internet and then I go through a certain website that also gives me commission on what I buy. It is much easier to shop online as I have two kids so its hard to go shopping sometimes. I have never had any troubles buying things online:)

i do shop online sometimes, but i prefer to go to the stores myself- get to to see/touch/try the item. i only buy stuff online if the things that i want is not available where i live, or if it is, it's cheaper to get it online. i also enjoy browsing through the catalogues online
