Ulduar patch

I've been wondering what this next patch in World of Warcraft would contain.. Anybody have any idea what monsters and bosses a player would encounter? How bout the story? How well would it fit to the current World of Warcraft lore?

Patch 3.1 is going to be huge with not only Ulduar, but with mass changes to every single class, dual specs, and a large change in mana regen. Ulduar revolves around the Titan lore, it will drop Tier 8 loot(the skins for most classes are out already) but from what I've read, no bosses or boss strategies have been released yet. Patch 3.1 will be available on the public test realms relatively soon.

It will take quite a while to release. Dual specs is what I'm looking forward to the most.

Oh yes yes yes Duel spec is really the only thing i care about for 3.1 LOL NE druid here and its gonna be so awesome to be able to have both resto and balance specs without all the hassle of respec :)
