The Mummy Tomb of The Dragon Emperor - Movie Review

We purchased The Mummy Tomb of the Dragon Emperor as soon as it was available on DVD because we had loved all the Mummy movie series in the past. However we were disappointed in this one. This is my review:
The Mummy Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is the third in The Mummy Tomb Trilogy. It stars Brendan Fraser, Jet Li, Maria Bello, Michelle Yeoh and John Hannah. Maria Bello takes over the role of Evelyn played in previous Mummy movies by Rachel Weisz. This Universal Studios produced movie is rated PG 13 with good reason for violence. It runs for 1 hour and 52 minutes.
The setting for this third in The Mummy series is China. A young Archaeologist and son of Rick O'Connell (Brandan Fraser) and his wife Evelyn (Maria Bello) discovers an ancient emperor's elaborate bomb. Only to find that the tomb comes with a curse. The first 10 minutes or so are pretty boring but once the family is united in China the action begins. If you enjoyed previous movies in The Mummy series, you will enjoy this one. However if the previous Mummy movies fell short for you, stay away from this one. I would give it a 3 star. The story line was not that great. The action journey was too short. The actors were wonderful but they did not have a storyline to work with on this movie

but I don't go to to movies, I only watch them on tv and if I don;t like them I change the channel lol

That was my husbands and my opinion also. I sorta felt I had wasted my time even viewing it at all. I was so disappointed.

My family loved the frist two Mummy movies they were really good but The Mummy Tomb of The Dragon Emporer was very boring and the movie was so predictable you knew everything that was going to happen plus I didn't like the new actress that played the wife!
