I am now techinically overweight. In September I was only 137 pounds, but now, I am 150 pounds. I am only 5 foot 6 and I can not stay away from junk food or any FOOD period. My only remedy for this situation to loose weight is eat better. To do this, I need better recipes that are healthier or diet. The thing is I am really busy, so they have to be quick. I also need filling foods, so I do not have the desire to eat. Can anyone help me?

Yes to eat better foods is good and to stay away from the junk food , maybe only have them as an occasional treat, I love junk food myself, but I have picked up a few little tips on here...like..drink a couple of glasses of water before a meal then you won't feel the need to eat too much, don't have a cold drink during a meal as this solidifies fats and to have a hot cup of tea after the meal that flushes fats through the system....

No I didn't know either but when you think about it, it sounds logical....

Breakfast you could have a hard boiled egg and a small yogurt. The egg will fill you up and the yogurt for some reason not sure sometimes aids weight lose. Also you can eat a bowl of oatmeal which is very healthy and quick to make. Eat lots of vegtables and eat meat no bigger then the size of your fist. Hope this helps a little. Also drink plenty of water.
