I have been really sick lately. I have not been attending school or basketball practice. I need to know if there are anything that might help me from not getting sick. Since, obviously, I am a teenager, I can not get immunizations. Some people have said get vitamins, but what type? Or do you have any other suggestions that might help? If I get sick much more I have to repeat a semester of school and I really would not like that to happen. I would like to get into college as soon as possible.

Vitamin C is always good. Even my professor (I'm a Nutrition and Dietetics major) recommends Vitamin C to boost immunity. I have the same problem too actually, but I have yet to try Vitamin C. Good luck to both of us :)

Yah good luck. I respect the fact that you are majoring in Nutrition and Diabetics. That is not one of the typical ones like arts. My brother majored in arts and minored in psycology. Once again good luck and thank you for responding.
