Do you feel like you need a break from everyday surroundings?

I do. I get so caught up in the mix of laundry house cleaning caring for the kid and everything else that goes with being a Mom that I would love to have a day where the Dad would stop being so selfish and take care of everything.

I agree with you. To be able to get away to a spa even for 1 day would be nice.

Of course, I think we all need a break from time to time. Even if its just a little time to ourselves without chores, kids, etc.

Yeah I use to have those days, but since I met my husband I havent felt like that in a long time. He is always round to help out. So yes I know how you feel with needing to have taht break from everyday life

See it is funny because my husband is the cause of it all!!! My famous line is "you are a stay at home mom waht do you have to worry about?" but I am glad you found your help!

Oh that would be wonderful! I too get caught up in everything. But I fear that if I leave our baby with my husband all day long that I'll just end up with a bigger mess at the end of the day. It wouldn't really end up as a break at all by the time I got home! Dishes and laundry piled up, bottles and burp rags everywhere! Ugh, what a mess!
