lemon is the most common but widely used fruit in life. it's so widely grown and easy to get that the yellow fruit is used not only for culinary but nonculinary purposes throughout the world. most of time, we just take the juice of lemon for cooking. while the pulp and rind of lemon are also popular primarily in cooking and baking. introduce your special methods to use lemon and communicate with others here.

My mom usually put some lemon to get rid of the smelly fish. I think the fish will be more fresh and tastier if we put little bit of lemon juice. My mom also put some lemon to make "sambal" or chili sauce to make it fresh. I love lemon juice with less sugar in order to have a strong taste. I read that lemon is one of the best fruit to have an healthy diet.

When i peel potatoes in advance of cooking them, I add some lemon juice to the water to stop them from discolouring. I also add it to fruit salads if I've included banana - for the same reason. You can write 'invisible' messages with it. The message will be revealed when its heated.
