yes both of sites are used for same work, for cash out your money but there are many difference in there work process. paypal don't need any proof about you but aleretpay wants address proof and your photo for know your identity. but both both them gives you check service but they cut thier charge for this check. i hope this is valuable for you. have a nice day.

Yes Alterpay AND PAYPAL are sailers in the same boat.but there are some minute difference between two, You can cash out only through bank account or credit card in Paypal,but in the case of Alterpay,you can request your payments via check also. You need not send any ID,adress proof but alterpay asks you to submit you ID.,adress proof, so you need to upload some documents and alterpay, verifies it and only then it allows you to do transcations....hope its clear to you....
