How many of you here are coffee addicts ? Just like to find out how many of us here in mylot are coffee addicts.
I myself is a real coffee addict as I used to drink like 4 - 5 cups of coffee in a day. but, knowing that it's not that good for health, I have reduced to only 2 - 3 cups of coffee nowadays. I would usually have headaches in the afternoon if i do not start my morning with a cup of hot coffee.
How about you ? Are you a coffee addict too ?

Coffee is very nice, but personally I love tea. I have been told that tea is bad for your teeth, but I do really enjoy drinking it, and it is healthier than coffee.

My Husband drinks 10-15 cups of coffee a day, and if we run out of coffee for a day or so, he's falling asleep all the time. I do worry about him, but don't want to push him because after years of smoking, he gave up a year ago and never looked back,so the coffee is the next step, for his good health

Oh my God, coffee for me is my energy battery. Without it, i feel so lazy and tired at work. I go for 4 cups a day, until my doctor advice me to cut it to 1 or 2 only. I tried cutting it, without coffee at all, but he also said that its not healthy if u cut it immediately. I am drinkin 1 cup a day now, and decafee when i need one again. I love my coffee and i am not plannin to cut it forever.
Happy mylotting!!!

Heck yes, I love Starbucks. I love coffee, it keeps me awake and calms me down. I need that caffeine fix. I have to get my day started out somehow.

As far as regular coffee goes, I'm a casual drinker. If someone else offers me a cup (after making a pot themselves), I'll more than likely take them up on the offer. However, if we are speaking in terms of lattes/cappuccinos, I'm most definitely addicted. I'd be stopping at Starbucks 3 times a day if my pocketbook allowed it.

I used to drink lots of coffee before but when my health condition became worse, i stopped and had water and tea instead... Drinking tea has lots of benefits..
- tea has antioxidants
- may lessen the risk of heart attack
- protects your bones
- protects against cancer
- boosts immune system
- amplifies metabolism

I try not to drink coffee whenever necessary. Usually, I don't need any coffee at the beginning of week. But in Thursday and Friday, when I am about using up my energy, I cannot avoid coffee, but still, I drink at most 1 cup of coffee a day as I am afraid of its bad effect - increased bug pressure, depress...

Yeah I am a coffee addict too. I can't do without coffee especially in the morning. I would have around 3-4 cups in a day. But now I have realised the health hazard of having so much of coffee especially from the coffee machine is not good. We have coffee machine at our work place, so I would have a coffee frequently.I have realised too much of sweetner and caffeine is bad,so now I have 1 cup in the morning and 1 in the evening.

I take one cup of coffee in the morning. I remember one of my former boss was a coffee addict, who drinks only coffee. And we have another expatriate going even farther. He takes coffee during the day to replace meals. It is said that too much coffee is actually no good to health, for its content of caffein.
Though caffeine is recognized globally as having many positive effects on the human organism, it is also known for rising blood pressure and affecting the heart beatings. There are certain precautions that need to be taken and they are mainly related to the increased usance of coffee and other caffeine-based products.

I really don't know whether I will call myself as a coffee addict but more or less, I'm not. xD Anyway, I only drink coffee when necessary. Like staying up all night trying to finish my assignments, projects, etc. But sometimes my tongue just wants to taste some coffee. Often times, I restrain myself from taking one because its one of the stuffs that my doctor told me not to take. Maybe I'm just to thick-headed to follow what the doctor have told me and still continues drinking coffee. :P

definitely I am. At least one coffee in the morning, sometimes 2 cups when it's raining. Can't imagine a world without coffee. Another "must have" cup of coffee after lunch, else not able to work productively. If having stressed, best remedy is coffee and chocolate (fruit and nuts chocolate).
Love to drink tea, especially Chinese tea, but still, coffee is a MUST!
