yesterday i was busy with my work. That time some body called me and ask tha, where am from. he asked me any questions about myself. But i was very busy that time. So i scold him and put the phone switch off.

Hi. Whether you did well or not depends on who had called you. If he/she is a friend or a known person, you should not have switched off on, or scold, him/her, even for the reason that you were busy. You should have told him/her politely to call back or that you would call back later. However, if the identity of the caller was unknown and undisclosed, it is proper to cut off the call or switch off the phone entirely so as to discourage spam/scam calls.
If it was the former (a friend or a known person), you will have to apologize to him/her.

you are right if he or she is my friend then i also want to talk to her or him politely. But he is not my friend and he trying to waist my time. So i do that.
