Pease in family

Through my understanding, peace is a state of mutual harmony between people or groups, especially in personal relations. Peace also related to self belonging such as; peace in mind, peace in work and peace in self tribulation free. Peace in family means the harmonious life among family members which really apply the narcissism as well as maxim themselves towards the achievement for health and wealth. At the same time, caring each other belongings is a must. Family members share their common interests while shouldering together on any life's load that happened within it. Just like a small organization that really build up group policies and at the same time carries the enforcement to the rules and regulations. Having said, performing the one shout at one voice in their practical life. The leader in one family member really acting on a very great Quality Leadership.
