it happens to me more often , i try to keep saving in small amounts, but suddenly i make this foolish decision of spending foolsihly on unwanted things ,say like gadgets which i am very fond of ,but careless as well. Has any such incident happened to you .

Everybody is subject to this paradox of eventually losing much more than is envisaged to be gained. It happens everyday. My own worst experience of "Penny wise, pound foolish" happened a couple of decades ago. In an attempt to save on transport fare, I decided to make part of my journey to an exam hall by foot. I ended up getting late to the exam hall, sweaty, tired, disoriented. I eventually failed the paper, which was a core one for my university admission. What I lost was far too incomparable to the little coins I gained. It was a great regret for me.

I try to spend wisely. I don't have enough money and I really have to figure out the expense and find out if there are ways to save before I decide to spend on anything. Cheers!!!

That happens to me too. Then I feel guilty and I either sell it on ebay or a yard sale. I am always buying things that I really do not need. I have not lately , but i used to.

I was looking to buy one costume doll for my collection when I was traveling in South Africa. I saw a fairly nice one but wasn't sure so I didn't buy it. I went to the Garden Route, then came back to Cape Town. I still thought about the doll so I took the long walk over to the Waterfront shop it was for sale in. I got there and picked it up and it said made in Zimbabwe. I saw a larger doll made in South Africa and I got three others to make a family. I ended up getting all those dolls, that is five altogether. Coming home I only just managed to squeeze them into my collection space wise.
