It is possible but its also very risky. AP allows chargeback, so often people will not buy AP from strangers or members with unknown reputations. But there are a few honest members (i repeat very few) who will honestly do the exchange with you. But since you're buying LR, the person you're exchanging will request you to send the AP first. There's no null chance for a scam to occur. Also be aware that most of the exchange scams occur when using messengers. There's no safety when exchnging just because your exchanger happens to be there on live. Well ajit i never use Liberty reserve.But one thing i'm sure and know that you can't transfer your balance from one payment processor to other,you have to take third party site help which is risky.
