I want to lose weight faster and there are two major things involved, dieting and exercise. In order for me to lose weight faster, I think I need to focus on dieting and not exercise.
If I concentrate on my diet, I will lose weight very fast as opposed to concentrating on exercise. What would you concentrate on more, is dieting or exercise?

Hello,Evans! For losing weight you need to do some exercise as well as stay on diet as simply following the diet you can't shed the extra pounds. You must do some exercise daily and you will get the desired result.thanx.

Consider both.Dieting alone, you lose only your weight and the shape will not be pleasing. And with exercise alone, then you have a good shape and because of more energy spent, you will take more food and the weight will not get reduced. So,do dieting and exercises simultaneously to get a good result.

I agree with you. Concentrate on your diet because you have to eat to live so you need to think about everything you put in your mouth.
However, maybe 5 times a week do try to do 20 minutes exercise even if it's just a brisk walk.
