Gm has made another buy out offer to it`s employee. Would you take it.

Gm recently offered it`s employees a $20,000 buy out with a voucher for a $25,000 car. With the way the economy is going right now i would take the offer. Then I would start looking for a new job. This would give a little bit a breather while I waited to see what would happen over the next few months. What would you do?
