Which State has the highest UNEMPLOYMENT???

Mine would be Sumter South Carolina.. Here, jobs has always been very slow for me and for others too. I have lived in Irmo, South Carolina many years ago, and I filled out applications and called many jobs, and did you know that I got back 5 to 7 calls that week for almost all of the jobs that I inquired about. In Sumter, that has never happened. I tested it out.. And it is no where as fast as Columbia is.. It has always been very slow.. But yet, when you go to an store, you always see new faces, but yet you can't get a job there,even if you applied for it. I hope that whet ever plan that Obama has it is going to be effective! We need some sunshine here in Sumter, South Carolina, that is for sure!
