frustrated with doctors lately

I have a condition called pcos. basically its a "female" issue but causes me alot of pain. I cant seem to find a doctor who gets it! i end up having to go to the hospital because of the amount of pain im in, and they look at me with an eyebrow raised and assume because its a :woman" issue, i should take some midol and go about my day. THis is a genuine condition! i am 30 years old, and have to get my husband to take time off of work because i get in such a state that i cant take care of my children . And they look at me and treat me like im a druggy trying to score. I just for the life of me cant understand why i cant find a doctor willing to help me instead of brushing me off like im not important. If you are a woman with pcos you know what im talking about. this is real pain , not all in my head but real and i need some help.
