Have any of you guys or girls have felt weird when you say girlfriend to a friend who is a girl and when you say boyfriend to a boy who is a friend.
What is the correct way of saying it?

I say it about all my friends, but I know what you mean. It seems people take it differently, more naturally when a girl says "my girlfriend" like they know you mean a friend that is a girl then when your saying my boy-friend. They seem to question if your just friends. LOL So I have started using the term my "guy friend" it seems to cause less questions.
Hope that helped!

Yes i feel weird when person misunderstand some relation. All those thoughts are product of bad mind. if someone call it naturally i dont feel weird. Psychology of a person become very weird due to many incidence. But if you are having clear thought you can call your friend many ways.
Dont think about others, wht they would think. Because its impossible to live , as others thinking. You will surely ruin your own personally if you are continously think "wht others think about it"
