How many litres of water u drink in 24hrs?

I don't drink any water, unfortunately I don;t like it. I try to make myself drink but I just take a sip. Now I sometimes buy fruit flavored water so at least I drink a small bottle.

neither i drink too much water, because it has not any flavours!! i prefer drinking teas, infusions, or fruit juices!! anyway, if i don't drink water, i drink lots of drinks

I drink at least 12 cups of water per day since I am physically active. But during the summer days I drink more water. I drink 15 to 18 cups of water during that time of the year. A lot of my friends ask me why I like drinking lots of water. Well, it cleanse away toxins from our body thus making our skin and our inside clean. A lot of my friends would ask me what moisturizer do I use. Well, I am not a moisturizer lover but my skin is supple and soft it's because I am always hydrated with water. If I am traveling somewhere far and stop by a store I would always buy water instead of soft drinks. Water, for me, is the best thirst quencher.

hi i drink three bottles of water in a day.. this help me to give proper digestion and to relieve from heat..in fact i take a glass of lukewarm water after getting from the bed..so water has many qualities than any other drink and it is good to drink maximum water in a day..
