Who uses twitter?

Anyone here use twitter and do you have it listed as one of your interests? If you do how did you do it? Because I have just wasted an entire hour trying to add it and mylot just wont have it. If I want to discuss it where is the best place for me to post a thread? Anyone?

Twitter is a great micro-blogging tool. You can use it to drive traffic to your websites and blogs. You can use it to build a responsive and targeted list. You can even socialize with celebrities: John Cleese, Stephen Fry, Wil Wheaton, Jimmy Fallon, LeVar Burton, Brent Spiner ... just to name a few.
You can access Twitter via their website and/or you can use a 3rd party application, such as TwitterFox (FireFox browser plugin) or TweetDeck. I use TwitterFox personally.
You only have 140 characters to get your message across ... and it automatically shortens your URLs via tinurl.com ... so that helps when you are posting long URLs, as to not take up all your 140 characters!
It's neat talking with people from all over the world on Twitter.
