My accuracy is 90% but I'm still on 2 stars...
And I'm not happy, because they dropped the per review rate!

you also have to rate X amount of tracks to get to three stars. theres more to it aswell but it's not very clearly explained by the folks at STP.

The stars are awarded based on many factors. One of the main factors is Accuracy - i.e how well your star rating matches with the rating of other higher ranked scouts . Another factor is what they call as SPREAD i.e if you keep continuosly rating between 4-7 , your star will decrease . To achieve higher stars you have to rate using all numbers from 0-10 . Keep this in mind and rate carefully . Happy Earnings :)

i encounter that too.
i don't know exactly what makes my star down.

It's all to do with your accuracy rating. i often flucuate between 2 and three stars because when my accuracy falls below 85% i loose a star. It's all about trying to build it up. STP try to encourage you to use the whole 1-10 ratings system but i've found this to be a hinderance as it can loose you a good chunk of accuracy.
