What is your favorite DVD/video to work out to? What kind of workout do you do - dance, aerobic, etc?

I am not working out right now....but I am edging towards it. I don't have a favorite work out tape but I really like watching Biggest Losers. There is something about that show that has really helped me stick to my diet. Maybe it's the abuse.... :)

Wouldn't it be nice if we all had the money for personal trainers and all the things we need to help us lose weight!

I like Dance, Dance Revolution...it's really a workout, and it's fun! I am also doing well on Wii Fit. The combination of the two is good for me, because DDR is fast paced and intense, and Wii Fit is much more relaxed and slower paced. :D Good luck to you!!

Right now I'm just getting back to doing a workout every day, so not getting too carried away yet. I've also been taking the dogs for a walk every day.

No, I don't have a Wii - wish I did but I don't want to spend the $$.

Do you have a Wii? Wii fit is great because it's all stretching and yoga, along with some strength training and balance games, but nothing too hard. It gets progressively harder as you go along to keep challenging you ... I got it for Christmas and love it! Dog walking is great, too!! Great for you AND your dogs! Good luck and stick with it!!

I do videos at work when the clients do. Dancing with the stars is fun, but the easiest one is Walk Off the Pounds. I get a real workout with the different rates of speed, and types of steps.

I used to have some audio tapes that were "Walk to the Beat" which were good but some of the music was not great - marches and polkas!

I am a Richard Simmon fan, I have several of his videos, that I purchase off Ebay, I like his because he mostly cater to elderly people and I can do most of his easily. I can't do all that dancing. I do like the ChaCha slide dance, it is not a workout video but you can get a workout doing it. My sister has a workout video she got from her daughter who said she got it from WalMart, I tried that one at her house and I like it. I said I was going to go and see if I can find that one.

I just got the first Richard Simmons workout off of eBay and I really like it. I think I'm going to have to get some more of his DVDs.

My first choice at the moment is Hip Hop Abs, and my second favorite is Crunch workout videos, which is usually dancing...that is my choice of workout for cardio. I am going to start to add in strength training since I need to firm up, but the cardio keeps me maintained at what I am... I use to do the step Reebox videos and I loved those at the time, actually I just pulled that one out and plan to fit it in 2 days a week.

It's nice to have several to alternate - less boring that way!

yes, if I stick to the same routine over and over, I will get bored with it and give up on it, but if I add different workouts then I look forward to them and will fit them in more. when spring/summer starts this year I will also start walking more too...last year was to hard to with the new baby and my son, she wasnt happy outside but this year she is already trying to get ansty to get out....LOL

I'm now doing freestyle with Brian Friedman, that's my workout at the moment. I used to do taeboxing but then I got bored and now I wanted to do hip hop abs but then I still have to buy the dvd to get me started, haha. And I wanted to buy wii fit, I think it will be fun.

I have worked out to Richard Simmons as well as Billy Blanks Tae Bo. I just say a new infomercial for a dance workout that I would like to get. Right now I am working out on my own listening to music no videos or anything.
