NBA 2K9 or Live 09

I just recently purchased NBA 2k9(XBox360), after being out of the video game loop for a couple of months. No I've been playing the 2K series since 2K1, and the last time I played a NBA Live, was Live 2005; and even then it as only for the new SLAM DUNK CONTEST feature. After playing 2K9 for about three hours, I thought to myself..."This game is so much better than Live". I mean don't get me wrong, EA has been adding some good features, I mean just last year, I contemplated buying Live because of the INTERNATIONAL BASKETBALL feature, but in the end I decided with 2k8 and cover boy Chris Paul. So after giving up on EA's Live series, years ago, I was wondering if anyone has felt the same way, or am I the only one.

It's everybody's opinion
but as of now.. the graphics of 2k9 really caught my eye
the mascots and the cheer leader and the audience... GREAT
seeing 2k9 made me look gloomy... because I purchased Live 09
on the Ps3 .. and it made me really sad haha

I am big on sports video games; from basketball to hockey. I would have to say about 95% of my sports games are made by 2K Sports, with the exception of MADDEN, NCAA FOOTBALL, NHL HOCKEY, TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR and a throw back Live 07, which as given to me as a gift. I remember when I as younger, EA SPORTS games were my favorite and I couldn't get enough of LIVE and MADDEN. Now I hate Live and I hate the fact that MADDEN will be the only NFL game I will be able to play for the next couple of years. I want my NFL 2K-blank back. So do you think that this is the case with all EA SPORTS games v. 2K SPORTS ones, or just a select few?

Out of question,2K9 is much better than NBA live series in some aspects,such as game graphic,fidelity and so on. I think War3 is the best game of EA.
