I'm not a fan of eating out. I would much rather stay in and have a meal at home with friends and family. But an outing every now and then is definitely nice! Hehe

Wow, that's interesting. Most people seem to like to go out whenever they can. That's cool that you prefer being at home. I love going to friend's homes for meals as well. Gets me out of the grind of same-ol-same-ol at home, though my wife does a wonderful job of new items.

and welcome to Mylot and i hope that you enjoy it around here as well. one of my favorite places to dine out anytime of the day is to go to a local chinese restaurant and hit the buffet bar. i just went yesterday for lunch at the chinese restaurant to eat lunch and everything tasted so good, it was all hot and fresh. a nice tossed salad and fruit and then some kind of a dessert as well. you cannot beat going to a place like that to get full and satisfied from dining out. another one of my favorite restaurants to dine at is any mexican restaurant. mexican restaurants need to wise up and add a food buffet at their places.

TnWoman, thank you for the welcome. I appreciate it! I love Chinese buffets too, if the food is good and the price is right. I have found that good Chinese food is not available everywhere.
And that is an interesting idea: a Mexican buffet.
