You get paid for posting discussions and answering other peoples discussions, but no one knows for sure how much you get paid for what. Mylot staff keep that a secret and that's the way they want it to stay. My general rule of thumb is to think that every time I post something I earn a penny. I know it isn't right, but it works for me
The best thing to do is just answer discussions that you can answer with something good to say and start your own discussions as well and answer those that reply to your discussions. The earnings will come while you are busy having fun on here.
Also, if you can get referrals, that helps a lot. You will make 25% of whatever your referrals make
