i'm planning to lose weight right now,but it's such a hard job for me. i love delicious food so much and my job ask me to sit behind my desk all day~~i need exercise!!but i prefer swimming! running make me so tired and it's improssible for me to keep running for half an hour!the most important is i hate sweatiness..so swim is perfect to me, and i'll try to swim 1-2 times per week.
