if u had no money to eat would u swallow your pride and beg?

Living in the area I do, I can't quite see begging. I wouldn't rule it out if I lived somewhere else. Here there is help for people needing food. I never see any begging going so I can't quite imagine needing to do so. I don't really think anyone can say for sure if they haven't been in that situation. True hunger without a means for obtaining food would be a powerful influence over behavior.

Nope there are plenty of food banks that give out free food to those who really need it. Plus there is welfare if you really need it they will help with food stamps. There is NO reason for any one to bed when there are resourses out there you just have to look.

depending on the circumstances i would ask for help if i needed to, if it was for my children then i would definetly ask but if it was just for myself i wouldn't!

I think i would beg to my familly, friends . But it is always a job somewhere ....

I would go find a job & make some money. I will not beg for food. Anyway, begging is illegal in Singapore, so it's not just swallowing my pride if I do it, I'll also be breaking the law!

This is a good questation that many people face on day to days life, you some times ITS A PITTY THAT YOUR FACE CAN'T SHOW WHATS YOUR HEARTS FELLING. As i viewed one friends answer for this question, very likly the the answers seems very positive that you have food bank, banks, for the needed in your Country and I would very much appreciate from the deep of my heart and i thank the US STATE GOVERMENT ON IMPLIMENTING THIS BENIFITS ON THE WELL BEING OF THE PEOPLE AND THE OTHER COUNTRIES TOO, but in our Country we dont have this facility, so you have to earn and eat or you have to beg in the streets and survive, but so far i have not come to that situation, but I dont know in future, i will keep going on my talent and the knowlegde and eduaction which i got from one of the best leading schools in Srilanka on earning for as my Profession, but thing seems to be very hard after my disability, but I can walk, but i go with one crucher, so where ever i go i have to go buy taxi, and really cuts my pocket off, in SriLanka the taxi fares are very high and I dont have a choice, we can never predict the future, BECAUSE ARE LIFE IS FASHIONED BY THE HAND THAT IS DIVINE. so if there is a circumstances that if i have to beg and eat I will do but, my intention is by begging even i will make the effort to come up in life with best regards for future

I wouldn't beg for food, there are too many ppl and organizations out there that are willing to help ppl out when they need it. I might try to strike up a deal with some of the food stores that I would do work for them and instead of money they could pay me in food and drinks.

I would probably not allow myself into the position where begging were my only choice other than going hungry. I prefer to have a savings account that I contribute to each week, just in case something happens and my income is lost.

I've been fortunate in having family to help through tough times.And for myself personally,no I wouldn't.For my children,yes.Whatever needed to be done to keep them fed.

Sorry, I can do many moral things to earn money. Begging is out of the question. I would sell newspapers, or .......so many things my education and upbringing has taught me to do.

No,I'd rather pick up food from the garbage can than to beg people for money or food.

If it come down to not having anything to feed my child, and there were no family, then yes I would beg for food when it comes to my baby girl. But I have tons of family who would help out if they could, if something happened.

I would have to say that I would probably go on hungry as opposed to begging. I know it may sound kind of dumb, but I don't think I can bring myself to begging for food.

I will not reach that stage. I would plan well in advance to see how much money is required to live my life and work and earn accordingly. Having no money and begging shows something very wrong the way one is living life
