What kind of body-building exercises do you like?

I like rope skiping best. It's a kind of aerobic, It can help people keep fit. What kind of body-building exercises do you like best? Why?

way back in the days.. like almost 23 yrs. i used to be in power lefting, and boxing as well some other stuff. i liked it because it made me strong and faster and more able to take care of myself.

I like long distance running exercises, tennis and aerobics. Right now I am doing water aerobics as I can't do hard exercises because I am pregnant.

I love to exercise and there's one kind of exercise equipment that I use that gives me a good body building workout and that is the totalgym xli. I also have the Ab Lounge xl and the Gazelle Freestyle xl. I purchased these three machines from Best Direct and I am so pleased with them, they actually work! I guess skipping isn't bad and it can give you a good aerobic workout. I love my gazelle freestyle machine as I get a good aerobic workout on that. My Ab Lounge xl machine gives me a good workout in terms of my abdominal muscles, work this area on a regular basis and your whole trunk will remain strong and balanced. Also, if you have strong abdominal muscles then your spine and back is well supported. Exercising on a regular basis can be quite a challenge at times and so I make sure that I listen to a motivational cd whilst I am exercising, this gives me the strength that I need. I used to do lot of weight training but then i got some bad injuries to my lower back . I dont do much of weight training now a days , i prefer walking more now a days. I am also planning to take up swimming to help me get back in shape. Take care.

i dont really do that much of body building, i do like press ups and sit ups everyday for about 20min trying to get a better six pack. and make my arms more bigger, but i do get tird very quickly dont no why. but thats wat i do.

I think if you stick to do it for a long time then you'll feel the strength and won't get tired so quickly. Happy doing sports. wish you a good health!
