Are you in the job because you are refered by someone?

Looking for a job now day is very hard to find.Unless you referred by someone that is,maybe a friend of yours or a relatives.I'm not saying that is bad, but what we can do?Almost the workforce consist in mostly government agencies are their close friends or relatives.Am i right?Do you know them?How about you, do referred by someone in your work?

Hi, I am not referred by anyone. I think I am lucky to get the job I want.

Well, I got in to both of my jobs [the previous one, and the one that I'm gonna be with starting tomorrow] without any help from other people. I got in those companies purely from hard work.

I got my current job because of a good friend, he put in a good word for me. Sometimes it can be a case of "who you know and not what you know".
