the terms of mylot notes that if I refer a friend, i will receive a bonus equal to 25% of what he earn. Is that means my friend just receive 75% of what he should get or any other meaning? thanks!

It means if your friend earns $1 dollar, he gets paid all of it and you earn an extra 25 cents too. Your earnings are not deducted from his. It's a bonus for you for inviting him.
If he earns $10 for his payout you will have earnt $2.50 for his work too.
You can see your referral earnings adding up daily beside your own earnings.
Welcome to myLot and have fun!

It means u get 1/4 of what ever money ur referral make but it wont be from their pocket but it is ur incentive from the site to referrer them an active member. If any member is active they earn and if they earn they share a % of their earnings from that with you.
