Does anyone own a video store?

I own a 2500 sq ft video store in northwest, florida. It's going kind of slow right now as I realize everyone is. Wondering what any of you are doing to bring in more cash...I have tried adding a thrift sale area to the store as well as selling on ebay, charging to order other movies, adding an internet service, and etc...nothing seems to be helping a great deal other than the ebay thing...what is everyone else doing in thier small businesses and what are other ideas to make my store bring in more cash on a daily basis?

I think you missed one more site to promote your video products, which is Amazon.com. Why not if you put an extra efforts on that site as an added online sales outlet point. Amazon Plans an Online Store for Movies and TV Shows, and discern yourself on this opportunity on here;
