I honestly don't know. I've seen some pretty gross stuff. I don't know what I'd consider the grossest.

Fingernail clipping. I cannot stand hearing fingernails being clipped. It totally grosses me out. I can cut my own, and the sound does not bother me but the feel of them getting cut does. Maybe I just put one with the other and that's why I get grossed out about.
