improve ranking...

hi there...i just want to ask you all since i join this mylot less than a mont ago...i want to ask you all how to improve our "ranking" and "level" in mylot...i don't know anything about it so i do hope you all can do a favour for me by answering my question and it might be good for the newbie here...thank you all and happy mylotting...

Do you see the + and - sign by your name? When people rate you a + your ranking goes up. When people rate you a - your rating goes down.
