I don't check the forums of most PTC sites often so I just learned about this. BuxP will now require all of their members to have verified AlertPay/PayPal accounts if they want to be paid. What are your opinions on this? Was it a good idea? Since I am unable to verify my AlertPay account, I may have to leave this PTC site.

There no bad news about that. Our Alertpay or paypal have to verified anyway. We can't withdraw the funds to alert and paypal if your account are not verified.

Some people are like me, and they are currently unable to verify their accounts. There are other sites where we can, at least, still get paid and then worry about verifying our AlertPay and PayPal accounts later. This option is not possible to do with BuxP.

I wasn't calling them a scam. Those who have unverified accounts in PayPal and AlertPay will not be paid by them.

I am not verified now. I sent my documents 2 days ago. I hope Alertpay would verified my account.

I have not visited BuxP for months. Maybe they are trying to find another excuse for not paying. There are sites which pay without enforcing this condition on their members. In order to receive payment both payment processors do not require account holders to have their accounts verified. I do not understand why you are unable to verify your AlertPay account because they only need proof of ID and proof of residence. all the best, rosdimy

I cannot provide proof of residence, because I am not paying bills. I am still living with my parents. I also do not have a bank account or a credit card.

Don't you have any form of identification card with your photo on it? Any official letter with your name and address?

I have my driver's license. What would they take for the official letter? Because I am in college, I have been getting a few letters from SallieMae. Would they accept that? How about one from Chase about a school loan?

this is not gooed thing to do since many members can not verify their accounts it can not be good for them as many of their members can leave the site because of this rule.
