Do real friend still exist?

l had a childhood friend whom l consider as my best friend. We always share every news whenever we are together. Recently, she become secretive and doesn't want to tell me what had gone wrong. Whenever we meet, she still greets me, just she doesn't seem as close as before. lf possible, l still want to maintain my friendship with her. Any solution to this problem?

yes, real friend do exist. i have a friend for almost 9 years now, and she is also my best friend and would you believe that my best friend is a woman, a very elegant woman.
actually we grew up together, we go to the same school when we are still in kindergarten also when we were in elementary and same goes when we were in high school. we were classmates for 12 years i think hahaha
aside from her i have real friends and i tell you that they are the best in the world, i had proven that already when i was in "HELL" ( i had proven to my self that HELL do exist here on Earth!). they were there for me and gave me words of encouragement and lift up my spirit to keep on fighting and not to give up and face the world with full determination.[i][/i]
Thanks for sharing your good friendship with your real friend. Well, so far my real friend is alright now..Sometimes, she is like that whenever she had problem..Hope you will always be successful in fighting your problem..

I have the same problem as your's. i have a friend who grow up with me , we do everything together,but not now.she have a boy friend,and married him not soon later,we have less and less words to talk,i try to find out more things to bond us,but it seems not work.i realise we are changed now.we live in different world!

..sure.. If you feel you could be a real friend to your friend then real friends really exist.. Maybe, it would be better if you talk to your friend heart to heart.. Ask her if something is wrong with your friendship so that as early as possible, you could restore your friendship and become close friends again..

Yes. I do believe that real friend exist. I have a friend of mine became my friend for almost 8 years. We dont see each other that much but we do text each other once we do.
Real friend is one who wont leave you. Who wont deny that he or she is your friend. A friend is your best adviser. In time of needs she's there to give you what tyhe best thing she can ever do. Though he or she cant give you the best, still trying to support you.
A real friend is one who respect your decision and give a comment but in the end she or he will direct to the truth.
All I can say is that, if now she cant tell you what is really happening just respect her decision. Time will come that she will be the first one to open it for you. She will just having a hard time to open up with since maybe it's a very serious matter. Dont worry, she will be there. Just maintain the god relationship you had together.

Thanx to all of you, who had replied and gave me some ideas and suggestions. Actually, l had ever asked her, why she looks quiet and gloomy, and sometimes sad. But her only reply is "Don't worry, too much, lm ok, my friend.." Yup, l think, the best way is giving her some space to think over what had happen. After all, we still keep in touch, only not as close as before. l guess, that's the best decision to do..

Well, the only thing you really can do is attempt to speak with her again to see whats really bothering her. Maybe then she will be able to open up and speak her mind like the two of you usually do. If that doesn't work, then maybe she just needs some space and then she will open up again and things will continue as usual.
