I am already on my 9th month of pregnancy and I'm very, very excited to be giving birth soon! I've already been imagining all the things that my baby and I would be doing together and have been preparing everything, the nursery, the clothes, the baby stuff, the camera... I'm just sooo excited that I keep on talking about it! Right now my baby's more active than before inside me hehe Sometimes it's a little painful but it keeps me laughing all the same. I just wanted to share it to everyone here. I'll be meeting my little angel soon! Yay!

..hi alyssa_c.. I'd been in that situation too.. actually my little angel is now 5 months.. and she is starting to giggle already.. I can't explain my happiness everytime my angel would kick inside my womb.. and I was more happier when I gave birth and seen my little angel.. she was so beautiful and so innocent.. Now, I just want to be with her and play with her.. Everytime I go home from work, all my troubles at work is wiped away when I see her smile..

Congrats! It is a very exciting time, although, my guess is this is your first? Lol. Just keep in mind that its so easy to get so caught up in the fantasy part that you don't expect the Less than fantasy type things that you will have to deal with along with it! Lol. But, in any case, CONGRATS and ENJOY your newborn....that stage passes ENTIRELY too fast! Keep us updated!

Yup, this is my first. Was I too obvious on that one? haha! I know what you mean about the 'less than fantasy' part. I've seen friends of mine who look less than their usual glamorous selves with their babies in tow. LOL But I think I'm ready for that one. I've had experiences with babies before, though it wasn't exactly 24/7 so I'm sure that wasn't half of what I'm about to go through soon... Thanks Bella! I'm sure I'll be enjoying this stage in my life. I'm trying to teach my mom how to use tha camera so she'll be the one to take pics and vids when I couldn't. I'm planning on documenting everything even her sleeping states hehe

I experienced the same also on my first child. Just keep on praying so you will going to have a safe delivery. Be strong to take all the pains of giving birth. For everything will be worth it especially if you already see your baby. And as he or she grows, the more you will be thankful that you have him or her in your life.

I am preparing myself for that inevitable time when I would call out all the saints, screw up my face in concentration and bring my baby out into the world. hehe I've been praying that it will be safe for both of us, my baby and I. A friend shared that until now she can't believe that something so precious came from her (her son is a year old now). I can't wait to see mine! Thanks for the response.

Oh, I remember how that felt!! I was SO excited to finally meet my precious son--I knew it was a he, my angel told me before I even got pregnant. I'm so happy for you!! Have you been sleeping well? If not, try to, you might need it! Babies don't have schedules, and many of them are wakeful at night. They don't mean to make you lose sleep, but they aren't settled in this world yet. You have to gradually ease them into night sleeping sometimes. And they cry, and spit up all over your clothing and their diapers leak. Wear OLD clothes the first couple of months! Oh, and if you have a boy--when you change his diaper, don't just take it off all at once. Cold air can make him pee! So hold the diaper over his privates for a few seconds or you might get a face full of wetness! Babies are sooooo precious. Gifts from God, they are. I had two very difficult babies so if you need any advice, just ask. They're both healthy, handsome and happy now but I have a lot of grey hairs!

LOL Good thing I'll be having a girl then. I've had 2 ultrasounds saying that my baby's most likely a girl. Though my OB said they give it a 20% error on the results. I have so not been sleeping well the past few months! That part is what I'm concerned of, plus I'm getting a little more emotional lately. Ugh... I know need that rest but whenever I wake up middle of the night to nature's call I find myself having trouble getting back to sleep. I just lay there awake for 2hrs more or less. I get some sleep in the afternoon though (in front of the tv! lol) I'll keep ur advices in mind. Thanks! I'm sure they'll help, especially on the old clothes and the spitting part. I'm a witness to that from my friends' babies haha! Oooh! I"m just sooo excited! I'm always very fond of babies. I"ve worked in nurseries before. That was the best!

pregnancy - this picture show a pregnant mother.. being hug by his husband and it shows a big tummy
Wow.. congratulations alyssa.. i'm very happy for you.. yah, same here, when i had my 9th month pregnancy, i had mixed emotions, like super excited and had worries too.. excited because at last i will be going to see my child, what she looks like and also i'm very excited being a mom.. i also prepared her things, everything since 7mons of pregnancy... i'm worried because of labor pain, because most moms told me that it's very painful during labor, and it is.. but don't worry friend, i know you can do it, just pray ok.. congrats and God Bless...

Thank you Cher. I'm very excited and a little worried as well. I know the labor process would be painful. There is no easy way out of it hehe But I've prepared myself for it and have been praying for everything to be safe, both for me and my baby. A friend told me that the only part not painful during labor is her hair LOL great, right? haha! God bless to you too!

Awww! I'm so jealous! I want a baby more than anything, but my man and I aren't in a financially stable enough situation to take care of a baby. I really wish we could have one. Well anyway I think that's great for you and I hope your new baby is loads of fun! Hehe I've felt them kick and all from the outside, but I imagine from the inside it's pretty interesting. All the best to you!

I've felt my baby move inside me during my 4th month. At first I thought it was just gas LOL but I soon found out it truly is my baby moving! It feels ticklish, weird, sometimes painful. =) It's simply amazing! I'll be praying that you'll soon be stabel enough to have a baby. My guy and I aren't that stable yet as well but I'm praying that we'll work things out. Take care!

Hi, first of all congratulations! from your words it seems like that you are going to be a mother for the first time. so i can understand the excitement within you. though i am no woman but still can feel the anxiety and happiness that a woman is having when she goes through this phase of life. I think this is the point where a a girl turns to a woman. God has given woman to create something new.which no man can do... since you are quite excited about going to be a mother but, don't forget all those responsibilities that comes in a bundle with the baby...wish you all the best...:)

Thanks sunil =) I'm very excited for this next stage in my life. I've been readying myself for anything and everything that will happen. I've read all the baby books I could find, downloaded anything that I think would help me raise my baby and been interviewing moms about it, too. I know it's a very big responsibility and I want everything to be perfect for my little angel. Thanks for the response!

Congratulations on nearing the end of your pregnancy. I know that you feel so excited at the thought of soon meeting the little baby that you have been carrying for the last eight to nine months. Even if you have seen your baby during an ultrasound it will be so amazing to have the birth and see your dear little baby. Well done fro getting everything your baby will need ready. I can remember my toddler son in late pregnancy and I thought the kicks were strong like a donkey. It is excellent that you have your camera ready. I hope that you will have a wonderful birth and I wish you lots of luck.

Hello Opal. =) I'll be having a baby girl, that's what the ultrasound said. I'm trying to rest as much as I can and do walking exercies in between too. They say it's helpful for during labor. Yup! I'll be documenting everything that she'll be doing. I just hope I'll have time for the internet though, as I would be having my hands full by then hehe Thanks and take care of yourself too!

Thanks Mich =) I'll soon be experiencing that special moment when I'll be holding my baby for the first time... I'm a little bored already with my pregnancy and I want so much to see my baby soon! I was hoping I'd be giving birth this week. The baby's already full term and I've been having painless contractions but nothing that would indicate that I'll be having true labor.Oh well, its better natural anyway hehe Thanks for the response!
