Personally the Best thing I have found for helping keep my Email straightened out is to use Incredimail. It is a Free program you can download and use right from your computer, and then I go in there and create different folders for like my Friends notifications here in myLot, my different Yahoo groups, my friends, etc. so that way I can keep everything seperated and it makes it easier to be able to find what I might need as well.

I create alot of groups to keep my mailbox organized. One group is for my forward mails, one is for mails from family, one is from friend, one is for keeping the payment proof of whatever payments i get online, and one is for mylot discussion answers. Other all I usually delete or if they are important i keep them in others folder. So there are total 6 folders to keep them organized.

Good morning rizzu87, Nice to see, you have organized mail box. I have two groups first one for sites which i trust and registered other one for friends, family and study. So i checks second one and then first get responses from sites.Rest leave to junkmail box. It deletes automatically after certain days. I am thinking i should create some more groups to organize.
Thank you for sharing.
What about other friends.
