For the past 3 days i have getting a reallysharp pain on the top right side of my head n it hurts more at night it comes and goes but when it comes it is usually for a while and sometimes shoots down the side of my head n im scared i dnt kno what it is?

There are a variety of things it could be, but the best thing you could do is go to your doctor so it can be checked out. Most likely it's nothing serious, but it sounds like something that should be looked at.

It could also be just a migraine headache.. which even those are cause to go to the doctors to make sure you are okay. - DNatureofDTrain

Get to a doctor as soon as possible. It maybe nothing but sinus allergies, or could be as serious as a stroke... Please Make an appointment and see a professional doctor as soon as you can... - DNatureofDTrain
