What do you usually wear at the beach?

I think your discussion is intended for girls/women.............LOL! I would wear sorts if I am enjoying on a beach..........I love to go to sea beaches and enjoy myself, it is another matter that I live in a land-locked city and sea is far far away many hundred kilometers away from my home.

I usually wear my normal clothes in the beach.formal shirts and pants.Now i am thinking of a new style.I will wear a T shirt with jeans on the beach.I will also wear slippers so that i can walk easily on the sand of the beach.Shoes and socks are irritating to wear.As we have to take it out and wear again.

I use only shorts costume, as bcoz i am male, so i not getting any shy or hesitage to what should i wear. Female feel really shy when they wear swim suits at swimming pool or at beach. I personally had this problems as my family females are also shyful. They nomally wear T-Shirts and Slaks at beach.

I have not been to the beach and I don't think I have any plans to do so in the next couple of years. I would wear beach wear if I did. When in Rome, yada yada yada. Cheers!!

To be frank still i have not gone to beach at all. I use to go when i was child with my parents .As i grown up i never use to go to beach . But i really wished to go to beach hope so me will go to beach by this year. I am planning to go that to not sure.If i go i wont wear those things as i will feel shy in beach. Take Care

I wear a swimsuit at the beach, that's the all point to go to the beach, to get the sun and relax. Sometimes when I am at the beach with my boyfriend I take my top off to get my back suntanned completely. Nothing to hide really.

i don't go to the beach. we do not have one around here . if i was goping i would wear shorts& & a shirt to.

I wear a bikini :D then wear shorts LOL but no shirt :) THAT is exactly why I've been trying to get myself fit! Beach and pool season is upon us! Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Well being a man though, I don't have a courage of wearing swimming trunks.I prefer what they called "boarding shorts"? Yes...I feel uncomfortable wearing swimming trunk...he he he

Usually i wear, shorts and hanging blouses or sometimes sleeveless. I dont wear swimsuits coz i don't want to be totally dark LOL

trunks! hahaha! but sometimes i cant help it but to cover my embarrassment especially when i see girls on their most skimpiest outfit!!!whew!

It depends if I'm going to be getting wet. Sometimes if I know I won't be going in the water, I'll just wear shorts and a tanktop. Most of the time I wear my swimsuit, but wear a cover over it or wear shorts and a tanktop over it. I don't usually just walk around in my swimsuit if I'm not swimming.

usually if i don't have plans on swimming, i just wear skimpy shorts and spaghetti blouses. otherwise, i wear my 2 piece suit with a cover up. :-)

at the beach i usually like to wear my boxers which has a woman painted on it and is of pink color. and for my upper body i even prefer a vest or remain cloth less. many people laugh at me because i have some extra pounds but i just ignore them as its my wish that what i want to do with my life.

Hello aisaellis, Like you I used to wear shorts & shirt.. Dont have enough confidence to wear swimsuit at the beach ( the thoughts of wearing swimsuit makes me feel uncomfortable hehe) and besides that I am not sexy (haha) Like somebody else out there...

I love to wear underwear only but I never had the chance to swim with underwear. The reason is I never prepared to go only for swimming. Only after going to beach, suddenly decide to swim. Usually I wear shorts and nothing on the upper body.. If one has the idea of swimming in beach then swimsuit is good costume to wear than anything else..

hiii....i wear some casual dress to beaches...a tee with a shorts...i dont swim in beaches so there is no way that i would have tried a swimsuit in my life...

Hellooow! How is life, hu? You have thrown forward a good question here! But I could not rejoice, sorry to say! You know why? Beause I have to give you a different type of reply! In the response of your discussion, many myLotters, including yourself have raised the issue "shorts"! But when I went to the beach once with my parents, I neither had required any "shorts" nor any "swimsuits"! I was clad with "tampon" only! Because, I was too young (one and half year) to wear swim suit or shorts!

I am not often at the beach but if I do not plan to swim I will wear a tank top and shorts or a one-piece swim suit and shorts or some kind of wrap. I prefer to swim in a pool but I will wade in the water sometimes without going too far off the shore.

I usually just wear swimming shorts but some times if theirs lots of hunks on the beach i'll wear a vest because it's sooo intidating going round with just a normal stomach and then you get loads of hunks with huge abs! not good
