Sorry to hear about that. Hope your family has enough savings to live on. If possible, take a positive view. When a lot of people are unemployed, government will feel the stress to act fast, instead of wasting all the time playing politics, and talking nonsense.

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear about your husband's job :( So far we've been lucky and both my husband and I are still employed, but who knows? We've certainly been worrying about it and it's stressful! Right now, we are just keeping our budget as tight as we can and saving every last penny so that if one or both of us does lose our job, at least we'll have a small cushion. Good luck to you!

I'm sorry to hear about your husband. It is so scary that global financial crisis. YOu wouldn't know who will be the next company will close and got laid off. I can say that i'm still lucky because as of now, I have a job, although my salary is so small, I know it still helps. I hope this global financial crisis be over very soon.
