How to make a boat more boyuant???

Aluminum v-hull boat - This boat is similar to the one I am purchasing, except this is a much newer model. My current boat can only hold 382lbs plus engine weight and I want it to hold more than 500lbs. Any thoughts?

Do you know of a way to make a boat more boyuant? I'm purchasing an older model aluminum v-hull boat and it can currently only support 382lbs plus engine weight. I'd like for it to hold more than 500lbs. Any thoughts on how to do this?
