it is really hard to let go...

i personally think that it do depends on how and what are you letting go off. if it's about break up from a relationship, it'll take some time maybe months before one can totally say that she'll about to let go of the person but in the event that separation was due to unexpected event like the one that you loved the most passed away is a different side of story, it's not only traumatic rather a tragic event that will take more than years before letting go.

[b]truth to the saying..."YES" it is damn so hard to let go of the pain, suffering and the slightest anger that everyone had gone through. the scar that will remain in the hearts of the wounded and beaten person, the tears that's been shed for someone else, the efforts, the emotions and everything that had been devoted for the sake of the word "LOVE"... but the hardest thing that could happen and knowing that you have to let go is when someone you loved so much was taken away from you and the fact that you will never see each other again is the worst thing that anyone could go through...when the LOVE OF YOUR LIFE PASSED AWAY...that's HELL for me.[/b]

I can understand this. I know that it is hard to let go someone who is very important to us. It seems only take minutes to fall in love but it would be years to really let go. Of course there is in letting go. All you need to have was giving yourself time to accept the reality and deal with the broken heart. I think time would heal, though it would never be completely healed but your heart would start to move on, and opened for another opportunity to fall in love again and to be happy
